End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Wright Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Truckr mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA and our Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Truckr has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• You will not post, upload, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
• You will treat other users with respect and will not engage in harassment, hate speech, bullying, or intimidation.
• You understand that content violating these standards will be removed, and accounts responsible for such content may be suspended or terminated.
• You agree to use the in-app reporting and blocking features to help keep the community safe.

3. Content Moderation

To enforce our zero-tolerance policy, we use:

• Automated image scanning (AWS Rekognition) before images are uploaded.
• User reporting via the flag icon on every post and reply.
• Admin review of reported content, typically within 24 hours.
• User blocking available from any user's profile for immediate self-service relief.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information during account creation.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Comply with all applicable laws when using the App.
• Report any content or behavior that violates this EULA or our Terms of Service.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Not use the App for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Post prohibited content as described in our Terms of Service.
• Interfere with the App's operation or security.
• Access data from the App that you are not authorized to access.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of this EULA, including but not limited to posting prohibited content, abusive behavior toward other users, or fraudulent activity. Terminated users may not create new accounts to evade enforcement.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App by navigating to Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is final and removes your profile from public view.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including all code, graphics, logos, and content (excluding your User Content), is the property of Wright Media LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This EULA grants you a license to use the App, not any ownership rights.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Supabase (backend), Twilio (SMS), AWS Rekognition (image moderation), Giphy (GIF search), and Expo (push notifications). Your use of these services through the App is subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wright Media LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated EULA.
